About The Position
The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising all employees assigned to the Security department, ensuring performance management and maintaining a safe environment for all employees, vendors, and personnel. This role involves establishing working relationships with local police and fire departments, observing and reporting activities and incidents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The supervisor must demonstrate strong leadership skills and maintain a professional image while supporting the security needs of the facility.
