About The Position
Peregrine Team is hiring for a Pharmacy Typist / Clerk in San Clemente, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay. $20 – $22/hour
Requirements
- 1+ years of typing or clerical experience – Required
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy – Required
Nice To Haves
- Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience – Preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Accurately type and enter prescription information into the pharmacy system
- Transcribe handwritten or electronic prescriptions
- Print and prepare prescription labels and documentation
- File prescriptions and maintain organized records
- Provide administrative support to the pharmacy team
- Work on other projects as assigned or as pertains to the pharmacy area
- Perform other duties as assigned
