About The Position

The position involves collaborating with others to support the design and development of training, ensuring curriculum accuracy, and providing troubleshooting as needed. The role includes supporting the selection of training methods and programs, creating training objectives for education modules, and supporting clients' learning goals independently. Additionally, the position requires evaluating alternative training techniques, procedures, and methods, as well as delivering training programs and guiding learners by leveraging adult learning principles. The individual will leverage comprehensive knowledge to review evaluations used to assess the application of skills, knowledge, and training objectives, and will use best practices for training modalities while monitoring and analyzing training results. The role also involves supporting the development, analysis, and management of program plans, conducting research on training norms and industry standards, and pursuing effective relationships with coworkers and members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a directly related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, training development and evaluation, or a directly related field.
  • Alternatively, minimum six (6) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, training development and evaluation, or a directly related field.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with others to support the design and development of training.

  • Develop, analyze, and manage program plans including scope identification and management, schedule, inter-dependencies, and resource forecast.
  • Conduct needs assessments for training and/or performance issues.
  • Research training norms and industry standards.
