About The Position

The position involves collaborating with others to support the design and development of training programs, ensuring curriculum accuracy, and providing troubleshooting as needed. The role requires collaboration in selecting training methods and programs, creating training objectives for educational modules, and supporting clients' learning goals independently. Additionally, the position includes evaluating alternative training techniques and supporting the delivery of training programs while guiding learners using adult learning principles. The individual will leverage comprehensive knowledge to review evaluations that assess the application of skills, knowledge, and training objectives, and will utilize best practices for training modalities while monitoring and analyzing training results. The role also involves supporting the development, analysis, and management of program plans, conducting research on training norms and industry standards, and reviewing needs assessments for training and performance issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a directly related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, training development, and evaluation, or a directly related field.
  • Alternatively, minimum six (6) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, training development, and evaluation, or a directly related field.
