The following scheduling availability is required for this role: Sunday: Between 11am-5pm, Monday: Between 10am-7pm, Tuesday: Between 10am-7pm, Wednesday: Between 10am-7pm, Thursday: Between 10am-7pm, Friday: Between 10am-7pm, Saturday: Between 11am-5pm. Requirements

  • Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age if the state board does not mandate a minimum age requirement.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program.
  • Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
  • Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time.
  • Ability to pivot quickly from one task to another to meet patient and business needs.
  • Ability to confirm prescription information and label accuracy.
  • Ability to actively look for ways to help people in a friendly manner.
  • Ability to use and understand verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to use math to solve problems related to prescriptions.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
  • Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within the store.
  • Assist patients and customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly and prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
  • Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care.
  • Complete basic inventory activities as permitted by law and directed by pharmacy leadership.
  • Remain flexible for both scheduling and business needs.
  • Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ethical principles.
  • Deliver additional patient health care services where allowable by law and supported by required training.
