About The Position

As one of the largest Clinical Research Organizations in the world, we have four Early Phase Clinical Research Units in the UK and US. We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and is eager to grow within the pharmaceutical industry. This is a full-time, office-based position in Daytona Beach, FL. If you join us, you will work with some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies in a vital stage of clinical development: establishing the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of a new drug. What we’re looking for: Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to learn complex technical processes. Exhibits initiative and consistently follows through on assigned responsibilities. Demonstrates a strong interest in learning and understanding procedures and systems beyond routine task execution. Adaptable and enthusiastic about learning new skills and tackling challenges. Committed to professional growth and long-term engagement in the role. The important thing for us is you are comfortable working in an environment that is: Fast paced: where no deviations from the study protocol are allowed, and not meeting a timeline for even few minutes will create a quality issue. Changing priorities constantly asking you to prioritize and adapt on the spot. Teamwork and people skills are essential for the study to run smoothly. Technology based. We collect our data directly into an electronic environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in a quality, R&D, or manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) , Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) , and data integrity principles
  • Direct hospital or long-term care pharmacy technician experience
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician and/or Pharmacy Technician Certification, per applicable state requirements highly desired

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with sterile compounding or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a strongly preferred
