About The Position

The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for medication orders, inventory management, and dispensing medication in conjunction with the policies, procedures, and clinical supervision of the Consulting Pharmacist. The Pharmacy Technician must demonstrate the ability to work interdepartmentally with clinicians, third-party pharmacies, and patients. This role will require up to 45% travel.

Requirements

high school degree or equivalent

Math skill level appropriate to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring and weighing medications
Ability to handle stressful situations

Ability to interface with essential technologies and remain current with industry.
Problem solving skills and ability to solve pharmaceutical calculations.
Ability to exercise good judgment and function under the stress of demanding workloads.
Annual Flu immunization
