Pharmacy Technician
About The Position
Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, the pharmacy technician with Campus Health performs the technical tasks of many pharmacy-related functions, in accordance with local, state, and federal laws; professional and accreditation standards; and organizational policies and procedures. Pharmacy-related functions include greeting clients, entering prescription data into the QS/1 pharmacy computer system, preparing, packaging, and labeling prescribed medications for dispensing by the pharmacist, operating a cash register, and maintaining medication inventory for the pharmacy and patient care areas.
