Requirements

• Nationally certified (CPhT) and registered with the state of employment
• Minimum 1 year required; 5+ years preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong phone communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Quick learner with database systems
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

• Support patients and pharmacists with medication adherence and therapy check-ins
• Interpret, enter, and label prescriptions
• Prepare medications and supplies for delivery
• Resolve insurance issues and assist with financial support options
• Maintain inventory and manage drug ordering/receiving
• Communicate directly with patients to ensure understanding and compliance
• Participate in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
