Mosaic Pharmacy is a rapidly growing, closed-door pharmacy that provides multi-dose robotic packaging for over 10,000 patients across the United States. Mosaic Pharmacy Service provides comprehensive pharmacy care to medically complex and vulnerable seniors. We provide a patient-focused, pharmacist-driven care model in collaboration with health systems, assisted living facilities and health plans. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will help coordinate across our patients’ care continuum including between the patient, providers, and pharmacy. This includes speaking directly with patients about their health and changes, helping to organize patient prescriptions, filling medication orders in adherence packaging, and working with pharmacists to optimize medication regimens.
