New Pharmacy Technicians must complete an extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfy all state-specific registration, licensing, and certification requirements. Duties will initially be restricted until all requirements are met, after which there are opportunities to build clinical, technical, and insurance knowledge. This position may require full COVID-19 vaccination, including boosters, depending on the role and location, unless a reasonable accommodation is approved.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
PTCB National Certification

Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to patients daily
Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks
Promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions
Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations
Ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for patients
Demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
