About The Position
VytlOne (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services) is seeking a highly competent, compassionate full time Pharmacy Technician for this clinic-based pharmacy located inside the Adelante Healthcare Center in Surprise, AZ. This clinic based position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join an outstanding team of dedicated professionals. The pharmacy is managed by VytlOne. Requirements
- Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain your certification within 6 months
- Active and clear AZ pharmacy technician license
- A minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience
- Proven track record of exemplary customer service
- Computer experience mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish speaking skills highly preferred
- Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take prescription orders
- Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
- Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
- Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
- Answer the phone
- Input customer information into the computer system
