About The Position

Pharmacy technicians at CentraCare support our pharmacists. You’ll be trained to help with computer work, inventory control, stocking, and much more. You’ll serve patients of all ages, from premature infants to the elderly. Our pharmacy technicians are career pharmacy technicians, or they become a pharmacy technician as a steppingstone to other healthcare careers. Schedule: Full-time or part-time available | 16-80 hours every two weeks Day/evening | Various shifts Monday-Friday with start times 8am, 8:30am, 9am, 11:30am, and 12:30pm Every 6th holiday and weekend rotations | Holidays and weekends are 12- hour shifts starting at 9am Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $18.11 per hour and increases with experience Pay range: $17.28 - $26.54 per hour Certified Pharmacy Tech starting pay begins at $20.34 per hour and increases with experience Pay range: $19.42 - $29.87 per hour $2,000 hiring bonus for full-time or part-time position Full time or part time benefits : medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Requirements

  • Pharmacy Technician Certification with Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred.
  • Registration as a pharmacy technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy
  • High School Diploma
  • To be eligible for recruitment incentives, you must be hired into a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the past 9 months.
