Pharmacy Technicians ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for patients, demonstrating ethical conduct and patient confidentiality. Success in this role involves managing all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions, while providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations. The position is suitable for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate compassionate, genuine care for patients and customers. New Pharmacy Technicians are required to complete an extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to their State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Duties will be restricted initially until all necessary requirements are completed, after which there is an opportunity to continue building clinical, technical, and insurance knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age

Nice To Haves
