Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with care and professionalism
• Answer phones and respond to customer questions
• Support the front register when needed
• Receive prescriptions and gather patient information
• Enter patient, prescriber, and medication data
• Fill, count, label, and process prescriptions
• Contact prescribers for refills, clarifications, or additional information
• Take verbal prescriptions from prescribers at the pharmacist’s direction
