About The Position

Assists the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications to patients and patient care areas. Identifies, prepares, packages, labels and delivers medications, including sterile products (includes chemotherapy), under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Nice To Haves

• Trade School Pharmacy Technician Training Program Preferred
• General Experience in an accredited hospital pharmacy technician training program or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred
• Certified Pharmacy Technician Preferred
