Requirements

  • State Certified Pharmacy Technician or imminent plans to become Certified within 6 months.
  • 2 years pharmacy experience
  • Ability to work in a rapidly growing and fast paced environment
  • Must possess and demonstrate excellent telecommunication skills and superb customer service
  • Proficient word processing abilities as well as computer/system navigation
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Prior PioneerRx experience will be extremely beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Extensive patient enrollment and profile building to include in and out bound calls
  • Data entry of new and refill prescriptions
  • Filling of new and refill prescriptions
  • Maintain sufficient and accurate inventory
  • Resolve third party issues with payers and providers
  • Coordinate vast interdepartmental patient care and service
  • Participate and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance improvement meetings
  • Assist Compliance Department to ensure pharmacy operations and personnel are following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
