Applicants with “previous like skills” may not be given the same weight and consideration as “previous specific same skills”: i.e., For a Medical Receptionist position, “Previous clerical skills” may not be preferred over “Previous Medical Clerical Skills”.
Requirements
- Must be registered with the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Input and process prescriptions
- Run register to ring out prescriptions
- Process insurance claims and resolve processing issues
- Follow policies and procedures for the pharmacy department
- Attend staff and department meetings as required
- Assist in ordering and maintaining pharmacy inventory
- Maintain all required permits and licensure as required by Federal and South Carolina laws
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
