About The Position

The Infusion Pharmacy Technician-Mixing is responsible for IV admixture, distribution of medications and supplies, and providing quality customer service. Requirements

• Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician Or Oregon Pharmacy Technician License
• In compliance with the Providence Health and Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties.
• 1 year (2080 clock hours) of pharmacy technician experience.

Nice To Haves

• Coursework/Training and Graduate of a Pharmacy Technician Program.
• Inpatient or Home Infusion experience.
• Experience with Pyxis CII Safe.
