Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
  • State pharmacy technician license or registration.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients.
  • Assess patient needs and provide support with every refill.
  • Coordinate drug delivery and address any new insurance and/or copay challenges.
  • Monitor patient adherence and resolve issues quickly.
  • Work across the care continuum with clinical and pharmacy team members including clinical pharmacists, prescribers, and clinic staff.
