About The Position

Requirements

• Customer service experience (1 year required).
• Pharmacy Technician experience (1 year required).
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Effective communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree (preferred).
• PTCB Certification.
• Practical knowledge of computers, software, and pharmacy products.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone and triaging calls while working with healthcare providers.
• Supporting the operations and activities of the pharmacy team.
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients.
• Functioning as a high-performing technician in the pharmacy.
• Accurately counting, mixing, measuring, and labeling medications for dispensing.
• Using critical thinking to troubleshoot issues with insurance companies and patients.
• Ordering, stocking, delivering, and shipping medications.
• Maintaining the pharmacy's appearance, cleanliness, and equipment.
• Creating and maintaining patient profiles.
