Sign-On Agreement Terms - 12-month work commitment - Half payment distribution after 90 days of hire and remaining 50% at one year of hire. - Agreement authorizes repayment if work commitment not fulfilled - No eligibility for internal transfers, individuals who have already accepted offers or internal employees of Mass General Brigham system GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT: Under the direction of a staff pharmacist and/or certified pharmacy technician specialist, follow established policies and procedures to perform a variety of routine technical and clerical support tasks that are integral to the operation of the pharmacy department. Tasks include, but are not limited to, preparation and distribution of unit dose medications, outpatient prescriptions, and stock orders. These tasks are designed to assist the pharmacist in the preparation and delivery of pharmaceutical supplies and medications in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy, Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and other regulatory agencies as applicable. Most tasks require the review and authorization of a licensed pharmacist. Staffing assignments include the roles of delivery technician and central technician.
