About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Enter prescription information including patient searches, prescriber searches, drug selection, and insurance billing.
  • Accept customer and prescription information for new and refill prescriptions.
  • Retrieve medication from inventory and create prescription labels.
  • Place medication into prescription containers and complete related paperwork.
  • Input customer and prescription data into the computer system.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Pharmacy department.
  • Manage inventory processes including order review and restocking shelves.
  • Administer Rite Aid programs such as FlavoRx and Living More.
