As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician, you'll work in a hospital-based pharmacy setting, blending the pace of retail with the purpose of specialty care. Your day-to-day will include: Preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently Providing exceptional service at the pick-up counter Answering patient calls and assisting with medication-related questions Supporting pharmacy operations using systems like Epic and Willow Ambulatory Collaborating with a team that values empathy, communication, and excellence Mission-Driven Work: Help patients overcome barriers to medication adherence by supporting financial assistance efforts and simplifying complex healthcare processes. Requirements

  • Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License (required)
  • National Certification (PTCB or NHA) - contingency start may be considered for the right candidate
  • 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience (5+ years preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED
