As a Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative, you will use your data entry skills to ensure patients receive the prescriptions they need in a timely manner. Requirements

• MA Pharmacy Technician State License required.
• PTCB required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacy technician experience required.
• Excellent Data entry skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Call center experience preferred, not required.
• An empathetic and fun-loving personality with a few good jokes on the ready.

Responsibilities

• Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
• Escalate complex claims to the appropriate team for further action.
