Requirements

• Valid Missouri State Registration as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions related to pharmaceutical preparation and distribution under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Engage in non-sterile compounding, sterile compounding, and hazardous compounding as assigned.
• Stock automated dispensing cabinets and prepare unit dose drugs.
• Deliver medications to patient care areas and check medication storage areas for outdates.
• Assist with billing and other pharmacy-related duties as assigned.
