About The Position

The Pharmacy Technician – Patient Care Management Hub contributes to AHF by supporting pharmacists through performing daily operational tasks of AHF at a Hub location that will service multiple P4H and AHF pharmacies throughout the region. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing data entry for patient information and medications while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, overseeing claim processing for third-party programs as well as centralization of prior authorizations, billing of clinical services, delivery of quality customer service, retention and re-engagement of patients, and addressing any adherence issues. The Pharmacy Technician – PCM enhances the reputation of AHF by enriching the quality of patient care, improving patient satisfaction, and achieving positive health outcomes though personalized care. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as the Pharmacy Technician – PCM, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Pharmacy Technician – PCM will work as a part of a close-knit team to provide safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services of a Patient Care Management Hub according to AHF pharmacy policies and Standards of Practice. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional weekends based on business needs.

Requirements
