About The Position
As a Pharmacy Technician at Capsule, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients. This position is part-time and requires you to work Monday to Friday, with operating hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Your primary responsibilities will include interpreting and entering prescription information in compliance with state regulations, using various computer systems to process prescriptions, compare orders, and generate labels. You will also be responsible for packaging and delivering medications following standard procedures to ensure safe and secure delivery. Additionally, you will conduct quality assurance checks, reach out to prescribers and patients when needed, and resolve any third-party rejections. Preparing manual prescription orders by verifying information, pulling the required medications from inventory, and completing necessary scanning and packaging will also be part of your duties.
