About The Position
As a Pharmacy Technician at Capsule, you will be an integral part of our mission to provide a smarter, friendlier, and faster pharmacy experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to our patients. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to compliance with state regulations. You will interpret and enter prescription information, utilizing various computer systems to process prescriptions, compare orders, and generate labels. Your role will also involve packaging and delivering medications according to standard procedures to ensure safe and secure delivery. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will conduct quality assurance checks, which may involve reaching out to prescribers and patients when necessary, as well as resolving any third-party rejections that may arise. You will prepare manual prescription orders by verifying information, pulling the required medications from inventory, and completing the necessary scanning and packaging processes. This position is part-time and requires availability during our operating hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
