Summary The Instructor will deliver and implement the Pharmacy Technician program in an online format, educating students in alignment with curriculum standards and objectives. Essential Functions Conduct online courses in accordance with established guidelines. Facilitate weekly synchronous instructional sessions. Provide feedback on assignments and support students struggling with course content. Maintain and record grades per policy; submit final grades at the end of each course. Proactively support retention by contacting non-engaged students via phone, text, or email, and advising on academic progress and participation. Respond to student communication within 24 hours and grade assignments within 48 hours of due dates. Direct students with questions about financial aid, transcripts, etc., to the appropriate personnel. Engage in required professional development and continuing education. Attend faculty meetings—either synchronously or asynchronously. Stay up-to-date on professional trends and advancements in technology. Marginal Functions Perform mental tasks such as communication, reading, and comprehension from written and oral instructions. Execute physical tasks like sorting, filing, writing, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Methods, Techniques & Procedures Review relevant documents, forms, and reports. Tools & Equipment Utilize office equipment, including telephones, copiers, printers, and computers. Working Conditions Exposure to indoor classrooms, labs, and office environments.
