Create an engaging and conducive learning environment for both online and in-person instruction, ensuring effective class preparation and student involvement. Provide timely and comprehensive feedback to students, particularly at mid-term, to support their academic progress and address areas for improvement. Demonstrate flexibility in teaching style and scheduling to promote student success and engagement. Maintain accurate records, including attendance and grades, and adhere to campus academic and attendance policies. Participate actively in faculty meetings, departmental activities, and campus-wide initiatives. Contribute to campus service by engaging in special projects or committees annually. Incorporate professional and industry experience into the curriculum to enhance learning and maintain awareness of industry trends. Attend Program Advisory Committee meetings annually to provide insights into curriculum and course delivery improvements. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the educational mission of CHCP.
