Full Time Pharmacy Technician
About The Position
As a Pharmacy Technician II, you will assist pharmacists at a fulfillment site in preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. You will help ensure that Alto Pharmacy’s operations run smoothly and efficiently while providing high-quality service to patients. Accelerate your career as you: Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment through meticulous quality control, order consolidation, and precise labeling/packaging, while effectively routing third-party couriers for timely patient deliveries. Perform detailed quality checks on prescription orders, manage inventory and medication availability, and coordinate courier deliveries to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Assist with inventory management duties such as placing orders with vendors and confirming receipt, removing outdated drugs, and ensuring medication availability by maintaining/stocking automated dispensing machines. Collaborate with various teams to enhance internal systems and processes, leveraging pharmacy expertise to contribute to a company revolutionizing the pharmacy experience, and cross-train to accommodate business needs. Comply with all Board of Pharmacy regulations and other federal/ state/ local agencies.
Requirements
- Licensure: A current CPhT pharmacy technician license or a pharmacy technician in training license, in good standing, in the applicable state.
- Ability to work the following shift: Pharmacy is open 7 days per week. This position is full time.
- Onsite Requirement: Must be able to commute to and work at the pharmacy location during scheduled shifts.

Nice To Haves
- 6+ months of working as a pharmacy technician.
- Experience working in retail, hospital, outpatient pharmacy, or other fulfillment pharmacy settings.
