About The Position

Endeavor Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for Glenbrook Hospital. This is a per diem position with hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and rotating Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The hourly pay range is $19.62 - $30.41, determined by the candidate's expertise and years of experience. Required travel is expected for this role.

Requirements

• Current Illinois Registered Pharmacy Technician license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred; must become certified by passing the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) examination or another Board-approved pharmacy technician examination within 2 years of initial licensure.
• Prior technician experience or hospital experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred for retail positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist with preparing, filling, and dispensing medications.
• Maintain patient records, set up, package, and label medication doses.
• Maintain inventory of drug supplies.
