Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our In-Patient Pharmacy team! he Pharmacy Technician performs accurate and timely preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical products and associated functions, under the supervision of a pharmacist. Performs multiple technician job duties of the Pharmacy Department including clean room, cart fill, repackaging, inventory, automated dispensing cabinet, outpatient, first dose, clerical area, chemotherapy preparation, and carousel. HOURS: Part-Time or .6 FTE, 48 hours every pay period. Day/Night rotation will also rotate weekend/holidays
Requirements
- Knowledge of organizational and project management practices is normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a health-related field, pharmacy and computers beneficial.
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification is beneficial.
