About The Position

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and dispensing medications, managing prescription orders, and ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and correctly. This role includes handling tasks related to typing, shipping, and order coordination while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

Active Texas State Pharmacy Technician license or willing to complete the Texas Trainee License as a first step toward a career in Pharmacy
High School Diploma or GED
A clean criminal record with no felonies

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a Pharmacy setting
Completion of a recognized PTCB course (not required)
Proficient computer skills
Background in customer service
Background in data entry
Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Prepare and dispense medications based on prescriptions from licensed healthcare providers
Fill orders in our sterile and non-sterile fill zones, assist with the assembly of prescription orders, and manage customer pick-ups at the front end.
Accurately type and process prescription orders, and handle shipping and packaging tasks to ensure timely and secure delivery of medications.
Coordinate orders with lab teams for filling and handle any issues or special requirements related to prescription fulfillment.
Fill in production zones as needed, providing support in various areas of the pharmacy to maintain workflow efficiency.
