About The Position
The Certified Pharmacy Technician is focused on the needs of our customers with their prescriptions and health needs. They are responsible for inputting and processing prescriptions, supporting patients with product information, and providing customer service to our customers. This role involves assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory, and ensuring patients receive their medications safely and efficiently. The technician will utilize pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions with extreme attention to detail. Clear and effective communication with patients and healthcare providers is essential to clarify prescription details or resolve medication-related issues, creating a delightful customer experience.
