About The Position

This is a Call Center Pharmacy Technician role that will be fully onsite Monday-Friday. The client is located in the Grassmere Park area of Nashville.
Shift: Monday-Friday
Pay: $24/hr
Job Duties:
Handling phone calls from patients and doctors
40-50 calls a day
Confirming prescriptions
Answering questions about prescriptions
Entering prescriptions into database
Will work on a scripted outbound dialer

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Must have state of TN Pharmacy Technician license
• Strong customer service/call center skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Pharmacy, Cpht, Pharmacy technician certification, PTCB, Retail pharmacy, Call center, Pharmacy support, customer service call center, outbound phone calls, Customer service, Pharmacy technician license, data entry, pharmacy technician certificate
