About The Position
As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician at QuVa Pharma, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. This position requires you to prepare sterile compounds in an aseptic, cleanroom environment, adhering to strict protocols and procedures. Your attention to detail is paramount, as you will be responsible for compounding sterile preparations accurately according to detailed instructions. This role is essential in providing patients with medications that meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality, ultimately impacting healthcare across the United States. In this full-time position, you will work 2nd and 3rd shifts, Monday through Friday, with a consistent schedule that minimizes overtime requirements. The role is based on-site in Bloomsbury, NJ, and is considered safety-sensitive, which may involve random drug testing in accordance with applicable laws. Your daily responsibilities will include cleaning the work area and cleanroom, maintaining accurate documentation for accountability and traceability of products, and complying with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and ISO standards. Successful Compounding Pharmacy Technicians at QuVa are characterized by their strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and a passion for connecting their work to a greater purpose. You will be expected to follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the job and maintain a sterile environment by adhering to strict “garb and gown” requirements. This includes hand washing, wearing appropriate protective gear, and following stringent regulations regarding personal items and hygiene.
