About The Position

Be a part of a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working in a highly automated distribution center pharmacy that supports Kroger store pharmacies. This role includes preparing orders for pharmacist review, packaging, shipping, and inventory control. The individual may also be called upon to assist with order shipping. The position requires demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass mandatory FBI/BCI background checks

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for pharmacist review using manual and automated processes
• Package and ship orders
• Assist with order shipping as needed
• Perform tasks associated with general production
• Maintain departmental standards including keeping clean and organized work stations
• Unpack and sort incoming deliveries of product
• Sort orders and prepare totes for store delivery
• Complete automation canister product replenishments
• Follow all policies and procedures developed to ensure patient safety and security
• Understand and adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations and the company's policies regarding the same
• Support company Health and Wellness initiatives
