Shift Information : Full Time Days/Evenings Address : 400 CELEBRATION PLACE CELEBRATION 34747 Ensures appropriate utilization of pharmacy automation systems, ADC platforms, and electronic health records. Reviews and interprets electronic reports to monitor system performance, medication safety, and compliance. Directs compliance with state, federal, and institutional regulations, including USP standards, DEA requirements, and accreditation protocols. Leads monthly inspections, quality audits, and process improvement initiatives to maintain operational excellence. Supervises pharmacy technician staff, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management. The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Requirements
- High School Grad or Equiv (Required)
- Technical/Vocational SchoolCertified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician (CSPT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
- State Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
