Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology.
- Compliance of policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety.
Nice To Haves
- Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic outreach for medication adherence to identify barriers.
- Convert extended day supply prescriptions.
- Task physicians and staff for care gaps.
- Request records to fulfill care gaps.
- Contribute to collaboration for best practice with employed and embedded staff.
