How you’ll make an impact in this role Automated Dispensing Machine (ADM) Management: Maintain, restock, verify expiration dates, ensure secure storage, and promptly resolve technical issues for all ADMs to ensure continuous medication access. Inventory Level Monitoring and Control: Systematically monitor all pharmacy inventory (supplies, medications, OTC products). Maintain optimal stock levels, using par levels and demand forecasting to determine reorder points and initiate timely procurement. Receiving and Storage Protocols: Handle all incoming supplies: receive, verify against purchase orders, inspect for damage, unpack, and ensure secure storage adhering to strict temperature, light, and security standards (e.g., refrigerator, vault). Medication Repackaging and Unit-Dose Preparation: Accurately and safely repackage bulk medications into unit-dose forms, strictly following institutional policies and regulatory guidelines for correct labeling, dosage, and sterility.
