Requirements
- Minimum of One 1 year hospital pharmacy experience, including unit-dose, IV additives and computer entry is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications
- Prepare IV admixtures and chemotherapy treatments under supervision
