Responsibilities

• Acknowledge members and identify their needs.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise.
• Resolve issues and concerns raised by members.
• Promote the company's products and services.
• Operate cash registers and related equipment for processing member purchases.
• Assist in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures.
• Process prescription and OTC orders and purchases in the pharmacy.
• Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise.
• Enter prescription information and maintain required documentation.
• Organize and maintain the pharmacy area according to company procedures.
