Where You’ll Work Following a major expansion, Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley's capacity tripled, now housing 171 beds to serve our growing community. In the Pharmacy Tech role, you will assist the pharmacist in promoting an organized and functional pharmacy service. Prepares medications for dispensing and maintains records. Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10:00pm, rotating holidays

Requirements

  • 1 year hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred (completion of an Accredited Technician training course may substitute for experience)
  • Working knowledge of computer systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Pharmacy Technician License (Kansas), Certification (Colorado or Utah), Provisional Certification (Colorado), or Provisional License (Utah) Required. Provisional Certifications must obtain State Certification within 12 months
  • National PTCB required within 6 months of hire
  • Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
