Preferred Qualifications Graduation from accredited training program and at least 1 year experience, Certification (Pharmacy Technician). Experience working in a healthcare environment and direct customer service. Experience using medical office software to include electronic health records/billing system. Working knowledge of general office software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with and ability to apply basic accounting principles and critical thinking. Working knowledge of HIPAA , insurance filing, medical terminology, and payment processing. Work Schedule Standard working schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
