CVS Health’s Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy in Columbia, MD is seeking a passionate Pharmacist Operations Supervisor ready to make a real impact. What You’ll Do: Champion a high-performing team in our filling and shipping areas, ensuring every prescription reaches patients safely and on time. Own the flow of prescription orders—your attention to detail and commitment to deadlines will power our mission of timely, accurate delivery. Oversee the dispensing of specialty medications, upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Lead audits and process reviews to continuously raise the bar on quality. Inspire and motivate colleagues, fostering a culture of teamwork, growth, and open communication. Play a key role in hiring, coaching, and developing pharmacy talent. Empower team leaders to identify improvements and drive innovative solutions. What You Bring: 3+ years of pharmacist experience active Maryland pharmacist license willing to become licensed in multiple states as needed (paid for by CVS Health) A collaborative spirit, strong communication skills, and a knack for motivating others Proven organizational skills and the drive to exceed quality and productivity goals Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; compounding experience is a plus Education: B.S. Requirements

• 3+ years of pharmacist experience
• active Maryland pharmacist license
• willing to become licensed in multiple states as needed (paid for by CVS Health)
