This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. Requirements
- Current Oklahoma Pharmacy license
- Masters degree or Pharmacy Doctorate degree preferred
- 2 years experience as a registered pharmacist
- 2 years experience in a management position within a Department of Pharmacy or completion of a Pharmacy Practice residency from an accredited program preferred
- 15 hours of approved continuing education annually
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities
- Supervises department staff, including hiring, staffing, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed
- Researches problems in operational systems, and works toward resolution
- Prepares reports concerning productivity, workforce levels, and quality assurance
- Assists in the preparation of the departmental budget
