Requirements

  • 3+ years of pharmacist experience
  • Active Maryland pharmacist license willing to become licensed in multiple states as needed (paid for by CVS Health)
  • A collaborative spirit, strong communication skills, and a knack for motivating others
  • Proven organizational skills and the drive to exceed quality and productivity goals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; compounding experience is a plus
  • Education: B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited School of Pharmacy

Responsibilities

  • Champion a high-performing team in our filling and shipping areas, ensuring every prescription reaches patients safely and on time.
  • Own the flow of prescription orders—your attention to detail and commitment to deadlines will power our mission of timely, accurate delivery.
  • Oversee the dispensing of specialty medications, upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead audits and process reviews to continuously raise the bar on quality.
  • Inspire and motivate colleagues, fostering a culture of teamwork, growth, and open communication.
  • Play a key role in hiring, coaching, and developing pharmacy talent.
  • Empower team leaders to identify improvements and drive innovative solutions.
