Responsible for the prompt and accurate delivery and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals or oncology pharmaceuticals to medical care providers in accordance with customer demand and requirements of the assigned route. Prepares doses for shipment, prepares cases, wipes doses, and loads and unloads containers in keeping with the prescribed safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT). This position typically operates Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm, with a holiday/weekend rotation (holiday/weekend hours are from 4:00am-12:30pm). Weekend rotations are either a Saturday OR Sunday approximately once per month. Occasional coverage as needed for driver PTO days for Sunday-Thursday shifts 8am-4pm is also required. The candidate must be flexible to work different days, schedules, hours or overtime based on business needs. This position is benefit eligible the first day of employment. At this level, individuals apply acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks, readily learn and apply new information/methods to work in assigned areas, and maintain appropriate licenses/training/certifications. They work on routine assignments that require some problem resolution, operate within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methods, and adhere to all quality guidelines. Work is performed with a moderate degree of supervision, typically involving regular review of output by a work lead or supervisor, and complex or unusual problems are referred to a supervisor.
